Application: apply to lashes. let sit for a sec. repeat before allowing it to fully dry to build and lengthen.

Removal: soak a cotton pad with warm water. press lightly against your eyelids for about 30 seconds, then gently wipe away. you can also use micellar water or an oil-based cleanser to remove.
