It has been said for ages toner works by restoring skin’s pH. That worries us at Joddor London because it means that your cleanser is weakening your cutaneous barrier, so you need another product to restore the damage. For that reason, our cleanser and toner have an acidic pH of 5.5, you guessed it, like your skin.

​Balancing Anti-impurity System does not need to restore the pH because the cleanser does not unbalance it. Our toner helps other ingredients to penetrate deeper within the skin in the following way:

  • With an acidic pH, increasing skin's permeability.

  • The addition of citric acid acts as a mild keratolytic, helping the Cleanser to remove dead skin cells, enhancing penetration.

  • Hamamelis Virginiana removes excess oil, controlling sebum production, and minimizing enlarged pores. To reduce the oily layer means more active ingredients will find their way towards the deep layers within the skin.
How To use
  • Apply 3 or 4 mist sprays onto cotton pads and lightly wipe over the surface of the face, neck, and décolleté, after cleansing.

  • You could spray directly on the skin, but the cotton pads will help you remove excess oil and impurities more effectively.
