The bi-phase formula (make sure to shake to activate!) is also laced with cornflower in order to refresh and calm your eye contour, making for an ultra-soothing first step.

How To use

Shake to activate the bi-phase formula.
Saturate a cotton pad.
Sweep over the eye area to remove makeup.
