    HOW TO USE: Lightly sweep the gua sha from your chin to jawline, using gentle pressure and use even strokes moving towards the ears and then down the neck. Repeat 3 times.
    How To use

    Each part of the gua sha stone is designed to be used on a different area of the face to best benefit the skin.

    • The notch at the top of the stone – to be used on the delicate skin under the eyes. 
    • The long edge – to be used on the neck and cheeks.
    • The short edge – to be used on the forehead. 
    • The double notched edge or ‘U’ shape – to be used on the throat, jawline and eyebrows. 

    Use the gua sha stone to gently scrape across each area of the face, using upward strokes following the contours of the face. Take time to use the stone on each area of your face – this is a great time to find some mindful minutes!
