How To use

Use on freshly cleansed, dry skin.
Cover eyes with protective goggles or damp cotton rounds.
Use while sitting upright or lying down; head strap is not needed when lying down.
Follow guidelines in the operating manual and brand website.
Clean the mask with an antibacterial wipe or spray between uses.
Ensure the mask and power are turned off between uses.
Use treatment mode for ten minutes.
Use morning, evening, or as needed; alternate times with AHA/BHA or Retinols (mask in the morning, active products in the evening).
Avoid after heat-based treatments.
Intensive Plan: Use 2-3 times a week for 4 weeks, then once a week for maintenance.
Regular Plan: Use weekly, monthly, or as needed.
Not suitable for pregnancy.
Do not use if you are being treated for or recovering from cancer.
Do not use if you have epilepsy or light-associated hypersensitivity.
Avoid looking directly at the bulbs during use.
